Yesterday I read an inspired blog article by Brooke McLay entitled “10 Ways to Eat Ramen for Dinner“. It was timely, since the kids and I have reached Mr. Olive Crazy in Silicon Valley and our hotel kitchenette – the future site of many quickly prepared family meals.
Now that I have Brooke’s great recipes safely saved on my iPhone for ready reference, I want to issue a challenge to you all. Send me your olive oil and/or olives and ramen recipes. I will make them for the kids in my “test kitchenette” and let you know what the “experts” have to say.
